Details about the programme

Over a period of 15 months you will get an insight into the various tasks our group of companies is dealing with, so that you can gradually take on responsibility for own projects and topics. You will be given assignments in the fields of development, production, business development and sales, thus helping create interfaces to the customer.

During the programme you will be supported by an experienced and competent mentor who can provide advice whenever required. Together with the trainee coordinator, he will help you to develop both your talents and personal strengths. In addition to that, an interesting supporting programme will give you the opportunity to exchange your experience and knowledge with your colleagues, establish contacts with the management and set up your own personal network.

In addition to working in our company, you will spend four months abroad gaining work experience at one of our sister companies.

Moreover, you will attend training sessions and seminars as part of the trainee programme in order to systematically expand your professional and social competencies, so that you will be ideally prepared to take over professional tasks and staff responsibility.

As a member of competent teams you will always be close to current topics and deal with ongoing projects. Depending on your personal strengths and interests, you will be assigned jobs in the fields of production, development, supply chain management or quality assurance.

Requirements

Ideally, you have the following qualifications:

  • Above-average completion of a master or diploma course in one of the following subjects: Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics
  • Initial international experience, e.g. foreign internships of several months
  • High degree of self-motivation, team orientation and distinct willingness to learn
  • Creative drive and pleasure in assuming responsibility
  • Analytical and structured way of thinking and working
  • Flexibility
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of IT applications
  • Fluent in German (at least C2) and English
  • Global mobility
