The Lübeck-based Management Holding L. Possehl & Co. mbh forms the common umbrella for all Group companies and defines the Group’s overarching objectives and strategies. The earnings achieved through the Group companies’ global entrepreneurial efforts are channelled towards the Management Holding by means of profit distributions and finally provided to the Group’s sole shareholder, the Possehl Foundation, to serve exclusively non-profit and charitable purposes in the City of Lübeck.
