The Possehl Group processes personal data for the purpose of preparing events, managing participation in events, and conducting follow-up correspondence resulting from any such events.

Your data is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data subject has given consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Within the context of planning events, we process the following personal data: last name, first name, company address, position in the company, mobile telephone number and e-mail address.
7. Recipient or categories of recipients of personal data
Your personal data will be passed on to Finanzamt Lübeck (in non-electronic form) as well as to event consultants and speakers.
8. Transfer of personal data to third countries
No data is transferred to third countries.

Automated decision-making methods are not being applied.
10. Duration of the storage of personal data
Your personal data will be irretrievably deleted after the omission of the above defined purposes.

You shall have the right to obtain from the controller information about your personal data being processed and saved (Article 15 DSGVO/Data Protection Regulation). You shall have the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data processed (Article 16 GDPR). Provided the legal preconditions are met, you shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data (Article 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, or concluded an identical agreement, and the processing is carried out by automated means, you shall have the right to data portability (i.e. the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided (Article 20 GDPR). To request information or revoke any consents granted, or to exercise your individual rights, please contact the responsible controller mentioned under (2). If you wish to exercise your rights, the responsible entity shall verify whether or not the legal preconditions to do so are met. Furthermore, you shall have the right to appeal before a supervisory authority.
